This Briefing provides an Executive-level understanding of the MSP programme management method that will enable delegates to assess its use and application in different environments. They will also be able to understand how best to introduce MSP, liaise more effectively with programme and PMO personnel and, for organisations already using MSP, to determine how well it has been implemented and supported to date.
